Havelock Place

Havelock Place is our latest, 24,192 sq ft commercial property scheme. It was visited by then Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne as it neared completion.

We’ve now fully let the building to radiology company Medica Group and the Government’s Department for Work & Pensions (DWP), bringing hundreds of workers to the Priory Quarter business district.

Location:  Havelock Place stands next to Saga Insurance’s HQ and Sussex Coast College. It’s two minutes’ walk from two large car parks, the town’s main rail station, bus terminus and taxi rank.
