We’re developing Priory Quarter as Hastings’ bustling new town centre business and education district. It’s just two minutes’ walk from the station, bus terminus, shopping centre and seafront – with a range of prestigious commercial property available.
A study found the district to be the best value business location in the south east.
Within Priory Quarter, we’ve already developed 150,000 sq ft of office, retail and education premises plus Priory Square. The premises are occupied by organisations including Saga Insurance, DWP, Medica Group, the University of Brighton, Michael Foster Solicitors and Tesco.
The adjacent Sussex Coast College has more than 2,000 students enrolled, while Priory Quarter is also next to a new walk-in medical centre.
Our latest scheme is Havelock Place (right) – 24,192 sq ft of high quality offices.
We have fully let Havelock Place to the Government’s Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) and to radiology firm Medica. We will follow this with a further 37,000 sq ft adjoining scheme.
